Compliments to the stories in relation to your father and his contribution to this country.

We all believe in freedom of expression and each is entitled to own opinion. I hope that we can all move on without having to look at our race, religion or any kind of label; but just by us being Malaysians.

I say, we all walk along as Malaysians.

Sexyjudge,

Thank you for your thoughts.

The Malays are a tolerant bunch and it takes a hell of a lot of beating before they actually rise up and fight back.

Having said that, it takes three parties in this case to dance. When Indians spill the streets of Kuala Lumpur bearing portraits of the Queen of England begging for Her Majesty's help in dealing with our own, and saying that UMNO and the Malays are their enemies, can we really move on as Malaysians?

When the Chinese keep harping on merit and equality implying that the Malays are a corrupted and useless bunch but on the side, accept free rides on private jets and payments from Santa Clausic contractors, being hypocrites, can we really walk side by side as Malaysians?

I say we Malays are ready to look beyond race and religion and walk as Malaysians as long as everyone shows respect and observe the Constitution without trying to suggest whether implied or expressed, that things need to be changed in order for us to move on in harmony.

Being Malaysian is a privilege, not a right. We should think that way. People usually appreciate a privilege but have a tendency to abuse their rights. This applies to all including the Malays.

Thank you once again Sexyjudge for participating.
