COWARDS SHOULDN’T ATTEND THE HERO’S WELCOME!

Caliph Of The Modern Era, Insh'Allah

While I’m abroad and feeling pissed off with the way things are being handled as regards to our religion at home, I’m also told of the reception to welcome the Prime Minister from his historic visit to Palestine, namely Gaza. I will be missing this proud moment receiving our Prime Minister, who is the only non-Arab Muslim leader to have visited Gaza to date.

While Prime Minister Najib Razak is striving to show the world of Malaysia’s support for our oppressed Muslim brothers in that region, the Ministers entrusted to defend Islam on our shores are pushing envelopes and pretending that it is not within their job scope to uphold Islam as enshrined in the Constitution of Malaysia and maintain national security and social order at the same time.  Evidence:
  1. The Chinese chauvinist leader in Penang can dare to re-introduce “Allah” in the bible issue and is allowed to continue to shoot his mouth off! Yes! He does it himself without fear, nor using the Chinese equivalent of PERKASA to cowardly do his bid! Because he knows that he is dealing with COWARDS and he CAN get away with it.
  2.  Bibles are being distributed in schools in Penang and we have to wait for maybe 99,999 police reports to be lodged before anything is done to take action.
  3. A foul-mouthed cripple desecrated the Quran with his language in his blog and the brunt of the law is still floating like a lost spirit in between two worlds when it is supposed to send this retard straight to hell.  I guess Silence is Golden.
  4. The moment a Malay group allegedly suggests that the Bibles with the word Allah be incinerated, our Malay Muslim leaders in UMNO come to the enemy’s rescue and issues a statement! I’m beginning to think that these cowards have defected from their original struggle and are now defending Agama Kristian, Bangsa Melayu dan Negara instead!

I’ll come out and say it straight up and concisely. I hold three Ministers responsible directly. They are the Home Minister Hishammuddin Hussein, (UMNO Vice President whom I rightfully did not vote for). Minister of Information, Multimedia and Communications Rais Yatim,  and Minister in charge of Islamic Affairs Jamil Khir Baharom.

The Minister in charge of Home Affairs and Internal Security has not been stern enough in his actions to prevent blood from spilling onto the streets except by issuing warnings upon warning, which go unheeded by the perpetrators. In the end, when frustrated Muslims take the law into their own hands, that’s probably when he wants to starts earning his keep.  That will be too little, too late. A weak hand should have no place heading National Security. Perhaps the Ministry of Women’s Affairs would be more appropriate.

Though the Minister in charge of Multimedia has made an effort to take action, it’s just in a form of an announcement without follow-up. It’s been more than two weeks since the Quran was spoken in vain by a non-Muslim. He’s still enjoying his liberties probably gloating somewhere until he is spotted by a true Muslim who is fed up with the delay in the bureaucratic system.

The Minister in charge of Islamic Affairs should register his strongest objection and uphold the sanctity of Islam in its truest form as enshrined in our Constitution. He should not just behave like a mere translator for the Prime Minister whenever he visits the States in all Arabia, be Imam and Preacher during UMNO prayer sessions, or check on how pilgrims fair during the Haj and Ramadhan seasons in Mecca like a GM of Tabung Haji. He doesn’t have to be a Minister to be doing all that. In short, he should be bothered more about how Islam is being treated at home than to coattail the PM in putting Malaysia as the Muslim leader of the world in the eyes of the West.

These three Ministers should be sitting in frequent meetings together to solve the issues bringing in the Attorney General and the Inspector General of Police. Instead, everyone is doing their own thing like they don’t belong to one party nor serve one religion. The presence of the Minister in charge of Law, though required is not essential, for his attendance would be deemed redundant with the Home Minister and the Attorney General there to share sufficient council for a decision. Besides, his judgment to give a “red carpet” in Parliament to a known traitor in the past shows that he is not suited to deal with issues of this nature. Best he is kept where he knows what he is doing.

In Essence, These Cowards Should Be Barred From The Welcoming Reception And Ashamed To Share The Glory Of Prime Minister Najib When He Returns At The Bungaraya Later On The 27th Of January. They Should Not Bask In Najib’s Exceptional Effort To Lead The Muslim World On Malaysia’s Behalf While They Fail Miserably At Their Jobs To Take Care Of Islam Domestically.

May Allah Fail Those Who Fail His Religion Without Penalizing The Ones from The Same Group Who Are More Righteous, Fearless And Sincere.

IF WE CAN’T DEFEND ISLAM BETTER THAN SINGAPORE…

Yes it has come to this.

I never dreamt of even thinking Singapore would be up in arms whenever anyone of its citizens insults Islam or even the Malays with offensive remarks.

Being a predominantly Chinese City State, I naively thought that they didn’t have to care enough.  But ultimately they did, if not so much for Islam but for the social order and national security of their country. That is why they took swift and stern action on several Singaporeans of Chinese origin when they condemned the Malay race and Islam in their blogs and writings.

Read these three cases:

An example was made of them even after they had apologized and since then, it has stopped from spreading dangerously. Since the last I checked, Singaporeans are living safely and in peace with one other.

At home recently, a former DJ of Chinese decent insulted Muslims and Islam to the extreme by using vulgarity in the same sentence with the Quran. It was obvious too that he took much pride in doing so showing extreme courage by waving his insults in the faces of lackadaisical Muslim Malays and their leaders who think lightly of this.  I say this because there was not enough outrage from this Muslim Malay majority, even from their own leaders as there was for a an overzealous woman who berated a student pushing her luck a day before.

Little do they realize that perhaps from the many Muslims who were indifferent to the insults, there might be a small growing group that may decide to turn vigilantes taking the law into their own hands and turning extreme because the Ministers in charge and the authorities fail in their duties to prevent further insults to their being and their faith.

By not doing anything, we are manifesting and conceiving terrorism in this country. Ultimately it will come to that when the Muslims see that the government of this Nation where Islam is presumably the religion of the Federation as stated in Article 3 of our Constitution, is doing nothing to curb direct hits in public on it that we uphold as the highest order in our lives.

If This Man With Malicious Intent To Create Disharmony Among This Multi-racial/Religious Country Is Not Dealt With To The Maximum Effect, The Home Minister In Charge Of Internal Security, The Minister In Charge Of Multimedia And Communications, And The Dormant, Ineffective And Wastage Of A Minister In Charge Of Islamic Affairs Should Simultaneously Resign With Immediate Affect Without Waiting For The Election Statute To Expire.

We Should Then Be Ashamed That Singapore Can Do Better In Defending The Islamic Faith Than Our Own Muslim Leaders In This Country Where It Is The Official Religion.

IT IS TIME.

Exquisite Timing For The Perfect Choice

We’re heading towards the third week into 2013. Within the next 50-odd days, we will undoubtedly hear an important announcement regarding the general elections.

All parties concerned are making serious preparations while being on standby mode for the call by the Prime Minister to dissolve the Parliament.

In the midst of being busy as in any organization, we sometimes forget to think of important ways to ease the burden of the party and prepare those who will be directly involved.

In this case, preparing the candidates and helping them to in turn help the nominating party to achieve the desired results. Directly said, the candidates’ names should have been finalized and they should have been informed confidentially of their impending candidacy.

Knowing early that they will be contesting, they can start working the ground quietly.

Indeed there are advantages and disadvantages of this but I’m sure the former will have the edge.

ADVANTAGES OF INFORMING THEM CONFIDENTIALLY IN ADVANCE

1. They can prepare and propel a few notches up in speed, spending more time than they usually do, to eat, drink and sleep with the people.

Please don’t even retort by asking, “But aren’t they supposed to be doing that regardless?” Local politicians are humans as well. They have been unselfish in their past and most of the wannabes have spent almost their last dime in the name of the struggle over the years.

And if an audit is done, you will find that these are the people who earn not any contracts form the government, nor soft loans to splash with, but in return utilize their monthly and whatever other income they have in the name and the sake of the people.

They probably shouldn’t but will unfairly to themselves and family, dig into their own reserves on the risk of not being chosen with an empty account to show at the end. Remember, there is no extra allocation from anywhere for these people to spend more than they should above and beyond their affordability.

2. They will even go beyond their reserves and seek financial aid from close friends and relatives who share in their common struggle.

3. More programs will be organized by the known candidates on top of the ones being organized by the establishment thereby increasing the frequency of integrating with the people.

4. Besides the amount allocated by the party when the campaign begins after nomination, they would by then have filled their own war chests with the help of their corporate friends and those who believe in their passion to serve, thereby making the party’s one ringgit allocation stretch even further than anticipated.

DISADVANTAGE OF INFORMING THEM CONFIDENTIALLY IN ADVANCE

1. The One and ONLY fear is that the candidate will burst his own bubble and the failed aspirants will sabotage the campaign.

Well, we would think that if the leaders choose their candidates, they must come with at least some form of intelligence, enough to know not to shoot their own foot or spill their own beans lest they will lose in the elections or possibly be changed even before the nomination day.

The Past Convention Is To Tell Them At The Last Hour And For Some At The Very Last Minute. Does That Make Sense? Is There Any Logical Advantage To Take That Course At All?

PROBLEMS THAT CAN ARISE IF CANDIDATES ARE INFORMED AT THE LAST HOUR

1. When the candidate is not to the liking of a certain faction in the division for example, they can sabotage the guy by cowering the State Chairman into switching names. This has happened in the past where we saw a mere appointed committee member being shocked with the news of him being chosen on the morning where the candidates fill up the nomination forms. On the contrary, if the candidates were told way in advance, he would have done his job of wooing and winning the hearts of his possible detractors from within the party, so good that they will in turn campaign to ensure his victory.

2. Sometimes, certain parties can sandbag the choice at the federal level at the end by slipping in his own choice just to make the cut whenever there is chaos.

Yes, trust me, with close to 1000 seats being contested at the federal and state levels nationwide, there will be more than just a few chaotic instances. The Situation Room in Putrajaya will make the noise at the New York Stock Exchange play like Julie Andrews’ “Sound of Music”!

The chain of command will be lost for a while making it look like the State is doing a favor for the federal decision makers because the latter’s plates are already overflowing with other decisions that needs to be made all at the same time. Yes! I have seen this happen too. At the end, it may not be the correct and next best-vetted candidate, but the choice of the State leader who is picked.

A lot of great work has been done by the top leaders to take us thus far in good stead, and we are still peaking. Let not the end be a disastrous one after a beautiful buildup.

I know most of those who are primarily helping the Prime Minister to call the shots up there. And they, including the PM himself, enjoy the game of golf.

So, allow me the use this golf analogy crisply.

Gentlemen, So Far You Have Split The Fairway On The Drive And Hit The Green On Two On The Par 5. Let’s Not Take 5 Putts To Sink The Sucker! If You Don’t Make This Cut For The Next Round, We Will Forever Be Left Out Of Bounds!

As They Say, “ Drive For Show, But Putt For Dough!”

See You At The Box! No! Not At The Tee, But At The Ballot!
