“PENYATUAN ORANG MELAYU” – USUL POLITIK UMNO BAHAGIAN PULAI

PULAI

Mukaddimah Usul

Naudzubillahiminazaliq.
Tepuk dada, tanya selera.

Bismillahirrahmanir Rahim.
"Boleh Jadi Kamu Membenci Sesuatu, Padahal Ia Amat Baik Bagimu, Dan Boleh Jadi Pula Kamu Menyukai Sesuatu, Padahal Ia Amat Buruk Bagimu, Allah Mengetahui, Sedang Kamu Tidak Mengetahui."
Sadaqallahal Adzim.

Sekian, Wasallam .
Saya yang menjalankan tugas,
Tengku Putra Haron Aminurrashid
B Tan Sri Tengku Abdul Hamid Jumat,
(Naib Ketua UMNO Bahagian Pulai,
Johor Darul Taqzim).

THE PARIAH VS THE PATRIOT

Grandstand commentators usually sound like they are better than the sportsmen they observe on the field. But when they are actually fielded or their expertise is put to the test either as player or coach, they suck big time!

This was the case with a football commentator on our local cable sports network who used to talk on TV like he was George Best on the field back in his day. On the contrary, he wasn’t worth the money I paid to watch Johor play when he featured as fullback.

Ironically, he obtained good credentials by winning medals when he played for Kuala Lumpur because of other outstanding star players who made his job easy.

Evidently, the gift of the gap always prevails over past performances left much to be desired.  Today he is Director of Football in an English team, which was recently relegated and owned by an Indian chicken meat processor.

That’s not too bad.

What’s worse today is that we have a two-bit politician who mocked the gallant effort put in by a true Patriot in the badminton finals of the Olympic last weekend.

The Patriot

Datuk Lee Chong Wei put up the fight of his life while still nursing an ankle injury to keep the Malaysian flag flying. And it kept flying with pride even in defeat.

Chong Wei may have lost and being runner up naturally means he isn’t the winner. But he was the closest thing we had to a gold medal, fought tooth and nail and never gave up till the very end.

Most importantly, he brought 28 Million minus one attention-seeking politician citizen together, for a National cause. For that he should at least have our respect. He clearly earned it regardless of the outcome.

Attention seekers usually try to make headlines in times of adversity. It’s a shame that this particular retard sought the same by running down a true Patriot who has serve his Country well.

Manoharan MP certainly stands no chance with Lee Chong Wei on the badminton court.  But what’s funnier is if he gets whipped even in his own field of accidental politics in Kota Alam Shah, were Lee Chong Wei to decide to run in the coming elections.

There Lies The Difference Between A Pariah And A Patriot.

 The Exchequer Of The DAP?

It’s Good To Know That The DAP Government In Penang Is Considering To Present Lee Chong Wei With RM100, 000 (Ringgit Malaysia: One Hundred Thousand Only).

They May Call It A Reward. But I Call It Compensation For Damages For Pain And Sufferings Of A Great Warrior And The One Nation Behind Him.

Manoharan Wrote The Cheque That DAP Just Had To Cash.

Now That’s What We Call “Collective Responsibility!”

A King's Ransom In Loyalty For A True Monarch

Ibrahim
The Sultan of Johor

In The Quran and Sunna regarding the Exalted Status of Righteous Monarchy and Kingship
Monarchy and Kingship were praised by Allah as one of the greatest gifts He gave to a Prophet, as was in the history of Daud (AS), and later Sulaiman (AS), who was given a Kingdom so great like no other after him.
A Kingdom was also offered to Muhammad (SAW) as narrated from Abu Huraira and stated by Al-Haythami and Ahmad Shakir in Ahmad Musnad’s Hadith (#7160).
When the Angel Gabriel among his other messages said: "O Muhammad! Your Lord Told Me To Ask You: 'Shall I Make You A King Or A Servant And Messenger?'"
Gabrîel said: "Humble Yourself Before Your Lord, O Muhammad!"
The Prophet (SAWS) said: "A Servant And Messenger!"
This Hadith is evidence of the Honoured state of the Monarchy having it mentioned in the same breath in line with being “His Messenger and Servant.” And Allah knows best.
Being the Ruler of the most privileged State, which is said to be one of the first to bring Civilization to the Malay Peninsula owning some of the most exclusive real estates in Asia in the South of it’s border, Sultan Ibrahim of Johor is truly Blessed by the Al-Mighty.

The Citizens of Johor from all walks of life are cordially invited to recite their Pledge of Allegiance to the Sultan and the State by The Secretariat of the “Himpunan Menjunjung Taat Setia” .

III' S WWW 1

Sultan Ibrahim of Johor

When I watched yesterday’s Nightline on TV3 about HRH Sultan Ibrahim Ismail Iskandar’s purchase of the registration number WWW 1, I was waiting to see how long it would take for an uninformed individual, more likely a politician who is bankrupt of ideas to try to stir up a storm.

True enough it had to be an imbecile who lost his party’s state government while his term was still in duration.

I often end up in confrontation with people with small minds when they are quick to judge others with money questioning their conviction towards social responsibility.

What makes plain people think that by spoiling themselves with some extravagance, the rich don’t contribute to charity and nation building?  There are many of the rich who’ve had a downturn and became poor again while those who remained wealthy could have sustained it because of their goodwill and charitable nature.

Ever since I was in school, it was a known fact that the Johor Sultan was the richest among the nine Royal Families.

Perhaps Nizar might have forgotten that when Almarhum Sultan Iskandar of Johor was the Yang DiPertuan Agong, His Majesty donated the King’s remuneration over the 5 years to establish a Scholarship fund for those deprived among his subjects.

HRH Sultan Ibrahim is also known for a good number of years now ever since he was the Tunku Mahkota, to have initiated and personally participated in the Kembara Mahkota, which travels across the State to interact with the Rakyat and hear their problems while trying to solve them either personally, or with the help of the relevant authorities.

HRH is also known to have personally purchased vehicles for the police including the ones used to escort his motorcade. No Rakyat funds were used to flank him around with the Harley Davidsons etc.

Nizar Jamaluddin Who Lost Perak From Under His Defaced Songkok

Earlier today it was reported that former Perak Menteri Besar Nizar Jamaluddin suggested that the money used to acquire the registration plate WWW 1 could have been employed to serve the poor. This could have left a general impression that HRH the Sultan of Johor who won the bid neglected his less fortunate subjects by being extravagant.

This was reported to be the response of HRH the Tunku Mahkota of Johor to Nizar and those who share his views.

"JOHOR Royal Family does Not take any Money from the Government. Since the time of Almarhum Sultan Ibrahim. Feel free to ask the MB or any Government officials.

The Money allocated to My Father and I every month as a Sultan and Tunku Mahkota is put into Yayasan Iskandar and. Yayasan Ibrahim.

The purpose of these foundations(Yayasan Iskandar and Yayasan Ibrahim)is for the Rakyat and to assist the Johor State Government. I my self, since the time I was the Raja Muda, Never took 1 cent from the Government till this very Day. Its my Rakyat's Money.

So before You Open your mouth. Do your research!!! ..."

 Tunku Mahkota of Johor

This winning bid for the number WWW1 is actually paid from HRH’s own pocket into the Government treasury, which if Nizar may overlook, goes back to the Rakyat in the form of services and improvements on infrastructure.

HRH The Sultan of Johor did NOT obtain the registration number WWW 1 for free or without paying. He made a bid like other members of the Rakyat without taking favours or abusing his power.

The Citizens And Subjects Of Johor Darul Taqzim Are Not Vulnerable And Easily Duped Into Buying An Alien’s Sales Pitch On The Pretext Of Safeguarding Their Interest, Especially With The General Elections Just A Few Blocks Away.

The Great State Of Johor Is A Healthy One. If There Is A Small Section That Is Poor, It Is By Choice And Not By Circumstance. Even Then, Their Welfare Is Being Observed And Served By UMNO At All Levels And The Johor Government Not To Mention The Royal Palace And Responsible Citizens.

Johorians Know What We Are Worth And More Importantly, We Know What Our Sultan Can Afford!

Long Live Sultan Ibrahim!

The New Barisan Nasional: Affirmative Leadership, People’s Government.

Exactly three years ago today, the Right Honourable Dato’ Sri Mohd Najib Tun Abdul Razak was sworn in as the Sixth Prime Minister of Malaysia.

Much Has Been Done To Improve The Situation Of The Country And Most Importantly The Lives And Wellbeing Of The Rakyat. This Is All Done On Top Of The Nationwide Walkabouts While Listening To The Beat Of The Mass. The Writing’s On The Wall.  This Is Where The Rakyat Can Be The Jury And Judge At The Same Time. This Is Where The Rakyat Can Separate The Men For The Boys; An Organized Leading Government With A Serious Leader From A Disorganized Whining Ensemble With A Questionable Unelected One.

In A Hadith Transmitted By Al-Hakim And Cited In Ibn Taymiyyah In His Great Work, Al Siyasatus Shariah Fi Islaahir Raaie War Raiiyyah, Our Prophet (S) Said:

“Whosoever Delegates A Position To Someone Whereas He Sees Someone Else Is More Competent (For The Position), Verily He Has Cheated Allah And His Apostle And All The Muslims.”

We Should Place Our Emotions Aside, Be Rational And True. The Time Is Near. We Must Be Ready To Choose The Party That Can Best Represent Us And Maintain Our Harmonious Multiracial Country In Order For Us To Continue To Flourish And Prosper Together. Experience And Competence Has No Substitute In Managing The Future Of Our Nation.

In The Beginning Of Our Democratic Life, We Could Afford To Make Mistakes For We Knew Not Of What Was To Become Of Our Future. It Is Generally Understood That When We Start From The Bottom And Have Not Gone Far Up, It Is Not A Hard And Long Drop If We Were To Fall. But Having Gone This Far And High Up In World Economics Enjoying A Peaceful Democracy And Reasonably Comfortable Life In Co-Existence With One Another, Taking A Crucial Gamble Could Be Detrimental And Possibly Inflict Irreversible Damage To Us All For The Rest Of Our Remaining Lives.

We Are The Country. We Will Deserve Who We Elect. Let Us Deserve The Best And Be Served Right. The Writing Is On The Wall. The Uncountable Deeds Have Been Performed And Executed With Precision In A Little More Than A Thousand Days In Office. Give This Honourable Gentleman A Few Thousands More, And Watch The Positive Transformation Of Our Country Happen In Record Time Allowing Us All To Reap The Gains Of Our Concerted Endeavor In Our Very Own Lifetime.

God Willing.

ALL FOR ONE AND ONE FOR ALL WITH NAJIB RAZAK

On Guard!

No, Najib Razak is not one of the Musketeers though he can be called the Captain of his army, which in this case is the Barisan Nasional, and they WILL fight together!

It is a common culture in this region of Asia and I dare say even in Africa that when a person predicts a near accurate account of a certain state of affairs, he’d be referred to again for his “premonitions” and “clairvoyance”. More often than not, it’s taken as Gospel.

Tun Daim Zainuddin is the highly regarded financial wizard of Kuala Lumpur. He was called to the English Bar at 21 and began his early life as a Magistrate, before becoming the President of the Sessions Court in Johor and subsequently, Deputy Public Prosecutor in Perak.

A well-read gentleman, he gave up law in 1969 to venture into the world of business. He was appointed Senator in 1980, nominated and ran in the 1982 general elections and became a Finance Minister twice; first in 1984 straightening out the financial system of the country, and again in 1997 when the financial crisis swept through Asia.

Arguably the greatest tribute showered upon him was by the late Tan Sri Zain Azraai, the former Secretary General of the Finance Ministry and later Malaysian Ambassador to Washington, who described him as “an extraordinary man, a firm man, who came quietly to take over the Finance Ministry, did a splendid job, then left quietly.”

Prior to the 12th General Elections, Daim “quietly” predicted BN’s loss of 5 States on the back of a major landslide victory for BN in 2004. Not many people knew about it and those who did, didn’t even take much notice. He was spot on!

Today, what seemed “quiet” before is becoming louder than thunder and more frequently, running up to the 13th General Elections.

Financial Wizard Turned Political Clairvoyant, Tun Daim Zainuddin

Two weeks ago, he gave high marks for Najib’s leadership and his readiness to bring the country forward. Recently, he was reported to have said that if Najib fails to improve on the number of seats won from the last time, UMNO would naturally oust him. He may be right although I wouldn’t put my money on it since it is naturally difficult to pay for the sins of others. UMNO members, more than anyone else, should understand that fact.

Here’s my “quiet” take on it.

Statistically after having considered the internal affairs of the opposition parties, I doubt if they can take the Federal government although I’d throw in an exclusion clause that winning a 2/3 majority is also difficult though not impossible.

Looking from all angles, Najib is the best friend this multiracial country has at this point in time. He is the hardest working politician, backed by an earnest deputy covering all corners of the country with a sore throat keeping promises made and pre-delivering on other services even though they were never pledged by BN before.

Equally hard working for the Rakyat through BN albeit in the background is a man who has done wonders for the country in the United States of America and was called back temporarily for his strategic acumen and unselfishness to the Capital, Dr Jamaluddin Jarjis.

Having looked at the numbers and situation in the political parties concerned, the Rakyat should have the good sense to pull this one through for their favourite politician right now to avoid a predicted change in leadership in UMNO.

The whole nation already knows of Najib’s BN manifesto including the transformation planned and successfully executed in just 2 years, 11 months and 18 days as at this date in office.

Giving a comfortable mandate to the Prime Minister would enable him to choose his own dynamic team and respectfully phase out the inheritance from his predecessor. His new team will confidently propel this nation to greater frontiers in a shorter span of time with only the health of the nation to think about instead of never-ending politics.

If we win, but not handsomely, and Daim’s premonition comes true with Najib being asked to leave prematurely, we won’t necessarily witness a smooth transition seeing Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, whom many are also comfortable with having seen his cards on the table, slide into the PM’s seat with ease. On the contrary, we might experience an even vicious battle for the leadership not guaranteeing whether an Angel or the Devil will appear to lead the Country in the aftermath.

I don’t think the country would like to gamble on that. I don’t even think UMNO members dare to dream beyond Najib and Muhyiddin for now as far as party leadership is concerned.

In short, all Malaysia, be it in UMNO, BN and even the Rakyat at large should work hard to give this seasoned and longest serving “through the mill” politician a chance to bring us forward and in one piece, if not for Party affiliations, but for the Country.

The Rakyat needs to see this happen to avoid an “irreversible mistake” and have UMNO pick the wrong choice as Prime Minister of Malaysia, if it’s not Najib or Muhyiddin. More importantly, UMNO and Barisan Nasional need this to ensure their longevity in service in the ruling Government. We will never recover if we lose this nation to the opposition, and if that happens, Malaysia too, with bad government, will fall into the doldrums.

If In The Beginning We Borrowed The Title From The “Three Musketeers”, We Must Finish It With Another From “The First Knight”, Where All Are United In Rank And Loyalty To The Country But Najib Is First Among Equals.

 The First Knight Among Equals

And As This Ultimate Mother Of All Battles Will Determine The Mortality Of UMNO And The Barisan Nasional, Nay, The Continued Health And Well-being Of This Nation, It Is Incumbent Upon Us All To Work As One To Stay Politically Alive As We Know With The Fullest Conviction, That We ARE The Best Servants To The Rakyat.

To All The Members Of The BN Coalition, Let Us Pledge A Code To Our Leader Najib Razak From Now And Beyond The Day Of The Rakyat’s Judgement Upon Us. Alas, There Will Be No Resurrection For Our Demise!

“Brother To Brother, Yours In Life And Death.”
