Unlike those in Penawar, he is very much a current Member of Parliament, in fact the longest serving one in the August House, as opposed to the has beens in Penawar.

You are right, Penawar is not an antidote. On the contrary, most of them were the liquid that poisoned the blood of UMNO and the Malays when they were in the system. Now they want to be a recognized force just like the Mubarak which is fine as long as they exist to support the Government and not for enjoying further privileges by the latter for members of their families in the business sector.

Yes, if I am not mistaken there is at least one person in Amanah who enjoyed free corporate jet rides and allegedly received a huge sum of money to finance his political party when he was sharing the power in Putrajaya. Ironically, this same gentleman was the one who vocally called for the merit system to be implemented as though it was seriously lacking at that point in time.

If this is so, then Amanah started off with the wrong footing not filtering the officials thoroughly to reflect the true meaning of their theme which translates in English into "Trust".

I thank you for taking the time to comment in The Patriot. Do they need to be reminded of what the word Amanah means?

Salam Kemerdekaan.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
